The Body of the mantle is spun without joint duly painted (one piece). The mantles are flexible glass Fabric provided in housing. Heating Mantle is lagged with special grade mineral wool. Each Mantle is fitted with 'Energy Regular' for maintaining temperature and with pilot lamp complete with 3 core wire and plug to wire on 220 Volts. A.C.

Triple walled inner made of thick stainless steel / mild steel, outer made of heavy duty mild steel / G.I. duly powder coated. Temperature range 50°C to 250°C Temperature accuracy +/- 2°C controlled by thermostatic. Heaters placed left & right side in the inner chamber .

Our Hot Air Oven are digital. These are developed with Temperature range 50 deg. C to 250/300 deg. C+_1 deg. The thermostatics controls and double walled design make them most suitable to be use in the laboratory. The interiors of these ovens are developed from aluminum or stainless steel & the exterior body is designed from mild steel sheet that is either painted or powder coated. These are configured with the adjustable wire mesh nickel plated trays/aluminum trays and on/off rocker switch with indicator. The capacity of these ovens is 27 |tr. to 324 |tr. Digital indicator cum controller PID based (Optional). Further, the safety alarm, digital timer and air circulating fan are also optional in our ovens. Voltage range: 220/230 volts A.C. 50 Hz.
